Google anxiously in China

After five days of waiting, Google is still awaiting answers from the governments of China associated with the renewal of licenses to operate in the country. "Until Monday morning, we still have not heard from the government of China associated with the renewal of permission to operate Google. We're still waiting," said Google spokeswoman Jessica Powell, as quoted by MIS-Asia, Monday (05/07/2010).

License shall be deemed to Google is very important so they can continue to operate in the country. The only parties who may give such permission is the government of China Direct. Unfortunately, in recent months, Google is involved feuds with China's relevant government censorship of content. It is considered a 'bad address' for Google because it most likely China's government will not give permission.

Last March, Google had time to protest the actions of internet censorship in China. Even Google was hit by censorship. To continue to provide search services to the people of China, Google finally divert Internet users in the country, from Google.cn to Google.com.hk. With these actions, China's government increasingly irate with Google.

Supposedly, Google is getting license renewal operating since Wednesday last week. But after Google to restore access to Google.cn, the government of China even blocking some Google services, along with the lack of clarity about the fate of Google's license extension, which makes the company's increasingly hoping anxiously.
